Through stakeholder interviews, Voice of Customer interviews, market research, and brand history exploration, we crafted a strategy emphasizing Medrio’s human-centered approach– positioning them as an agile alternative to industry behemoths. Updating visuals to exude approachability and vitality, we refreshed the logo and introduced dynamic designs and vibrant colors.

Executing a comprehensive rollout across marketing materials, digital platforms, and events, alongside targeted ABM campaigns, we swiftly reintroduced Medrio’s revitalized brand. A highlight was the creation of their inaugural commercial-style video, unveiled during the 2021 holiday campaign, showcasing their joyful personality.
